Dive Sites

With the sinking of the USS Oriskany, it is only recently that Pensacola has been put on the world's diving map; however, with a rich 400 hundred year history, the Oriskany is only one of hundreds of fantastic intact wreck and natural bottom dive sites. Escambia County Marine Resources Chief, Robert Turpin, has deployed more gross tonnage of artificial reef this year than all other counties in the State of Florida over the last three years combined. Simply put, we have more dive sites than any other city in Florida.

Below you will find a listing of some of our favorite sites, all broken down by depth so that you can easily find the right sites for your training and comfort level.

Each day we are in the process of updating the information in regards to these dive sites, and soon they'll be complete with images, video, and personal reviews. If you have recently dove any site in Pensacola, we would love to know what you thought about your experience here---the good, bad, and ugly, we want it all. With your permission we will even post your actual reviews on this site. Simply email us at info@pensacoladivers.com with anything you'd like to add.
